-Think 'That 70's Show' basement rendered into thebattleground for any 21st centuryRebellion.-

Cruiser's garage converted internet café is like Foreman's basement in 'That 70's show' fifty years later and equipped with the most recent work stations and gaming memorabilia. It not just is world war 2 room for online MOBA (Multi-player Online Battle Arena) games, butalso because hideaway in the many set-backs the teenagers suffer inside the offline world.

The various team throughout the stereotypical online gamer Cruiser, the webcam porn actress and cos-player Fanny as well as the self-centric and money-driven newbie Mario starts its journey to become the most effective teams on the planet.

GotA contains 7min-episodes featuring overly busy dramedy ('A comedy which is not funny' as Fanny explains inside the first episode) inside a multi camera sitcom style. Everything occurs in the garage of Cruiser's foster home, that has been remodeled with a private internet café.

Within a comedic way GotA - Gods of the Arena counters popular stereotypes about flash games and signifies that lots of the soft skills you might only expect from traditional 'offline' sports are equally created in eSports. The show's targeted audience consists of online gamers just as much as of people new to online gaming and so won't feature tech gobbledygook… unless it's funny, but shares the excitement because of this relatively recent wave in sports. It lets you do though; mirror gaming style, busy storytelling and iconic characters.

The show is subtitled in Chinese, French, German, Korean, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish to succeed in to the major markets for Massive Multiplayer (MOBA) action.

The actors have very much been type casted. Next to sound acting training with an interest in MOBA gameplay, each actor can perfectly relate with the precise characteristics of his role. Whether it's hardcore gamer Cruiser, that's hardly anything else but that in the private life, or cam performer Fanny building for my child successful career as a Playboy model, and all sorts of others.
The writing- and production- crew around the up-and-coming Show Runner and Director danieljanouschekin his second show and multiple Emmy award winning Cinematographer Bruce Finn contains a lot of L.A. based film- and tv- talent, all of them online gamers. Hence relating well to the online gaming industry and causing design for the show really collaborative environment.

GotA will be the story with the self-centered Mario who befriends with a circle of online gamers and pushes these to take part in a serious online tournament.

Episode 1 (Funds on my checking account) introduces Mario to the web café / garage Cruiser and Fanny use for their casual gaming. When learning in regards to the price money Mario persuades these to form a competitive MOBA team. From a lengthy casting process the GotA team grows to the necessary size with adding Paine and Vivek in episode 2 (1000 Gamer Girls Waiting for You). Coach joins the group to be able to coordinate training and competition, but she also follows her hidden agenda. Tensions boost in the audience as Coach occupies practice through (out)dated board games in episode 3 (Good Game GotA). In episode 4 (Popular in North …) Cruiser inadvertently rises towards the team leader with Coach being fired and Mario defecting to North Korea. Episode 5 (Winners like us) concludes the series together with the five playing their utmost game against a hotly favored Korean team to be entitled to 'The Finals'. Causing potentially Episode 6 to come…

The Characters
Only some years after his adoption, the 23 year-old Chinese Cruiser, was rendered redundant by the birth of his step sister Paine. The dysfunctional relationship along with his foster family drove him into the remodeled garage and computer games ahead of time. He developed all of the attributes we love to at gamers probably the most: lazy, fat and antisocial.

The 22 years old porn actress Fanny are at ease together with her life but enraged by a hypocrite society, with close to 66% of the population watching porn but all-around 0% accepting performers of the marketplace. Underneath her sexy cosplay uniforms she has a heart of gold (such a cliché), however, you don't need to encounter her in MOBA, in particular if you are displaying a cocky attitude.

Mario is really a Twenty-five year old 'Beau', who regards online gamers with much contempt. He or she is the kind of overconfident underachiever email box being to get on a team, but he is energetic capable to overcome his prejudices with regards to money … and Fanny.

Cruiser's 18 year-old sweet and adorable step sister Paine admires the older boys. Being ignored and banned through the basement by her step brother for thus long, Paine set up her MOBA routine and resulted in a decent player, anonymously defeating her brother way too often.

Vivek, a 27 year-old illegal immigrant from India and close friend of Mario is merely very happy to talk with people apart from via the call center hotline of his workplace.
Coach is really a 26 year oldLife Coach full of esoteric flummery, who had previously been brought to the team to coordinate players during combat. But she holds a dark secret.
