Ok I am going on a limb here I know however dare point out that the title with this post is completely correct that BPOs have been certainly one of or even Probably the most overlooked Profit Centers from the Real Estate business.
Just as one experienced REO and BPO Realtor for more than 12 years I've bumped into many Realtors and Brokers who have said lots of things concerning the business We are in everyday, Oftentimes I get retail Agents or Brokers who arrived at me asking how you can plunge into the REO business. However rarely at any time get someone who asks "How can I start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I'll dare to convey which they just are certainly not that sexy. We all want to be the next REO King or Queen but who would like to certainly be a BPO agent? Reality does BPOs is strictly generate an income broke to the REO business also to this time the BPO is a large part of my company model.

When folks let me know they just want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs is a waste I seriously believe that they may not be the sort of Agents or Brokers which have the required steps to really make it from the default servicing industry. They need the top checks, they really want the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
