Being a Health and Fitness Professional, it is my job to understand terms and definitions that are commonplace to this industry, too to keep abreast of evolving trends. Through my experience, I have discovered that a number of terms deserve a bit more clarification than that that they can are granted.

    Flexibility
    Muscular Strength
    Muscular Endurance

Conversely, Skill Related Fitness Components are:

    Agility
    Speed
    Power

Based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the word Physical Fitness emphasizes the gap between Health Related Health and fitness and Athletic Ability Physical Fitness.
